... The barns and fields in the Midwest are so interesting and beautiful, the Queen Anne's Lace and lavender asters decorating the meadow in front of this red wood barn... The old barnwood has been painted red and the late summer wildflowers in the meadow grasses glow in the summer rain that fell from the night before. The wildflowers in the pastures are tall and ripe, ready to pick in the late season. The sky is filled with wispy cirrus clouds and misty fog, very pale aqua and silver gray, a pretty backdrop for the lovely and beautful floral abundance in front of this vintage barn... Many of the midwestern states have these beautiful rural scenes including Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kansas. This one was discovered in dairy country in western Michigan!
