"The Virginia Lee and the Miss Harley"by Debra and Dave Vanderlaan...These old vintage boats are docked at the harbor on the coast of South Georgia, in Brunswick...Many of these ships are fishing boats, shrimpers and crabbers, sailing out of the inlets into the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean or working in the bays that dot the coast in this area. This is the Salt Life, where fishing gets into your bones and the salty breeze into your senses...What a way to live!..... The ocean is calling!

"After 30 years in the floral and plant nursery business, Debra and Dave Vanderlaan sold both businesses and turned their life-long photography hobby into full-time obsession. The Vanderlaans are both award-winning photographers and well-known both domestically and internationally. Many of their images showcase the tropical landscapes of South Florida and the mountain vistas of the Smoky Mountains and many gorgeous scenes around the world. Their motto is Celebrate Life and that seemed a natural name for their gallery.
