... Low tide at Pistol River just south of Gold Beach, Oregon... The all-night rain clouds loom overhead to the west as the sun rises behind the mountains to the west. With the low tide, the long fingers of waves try their best to reach into the shoreline, wetting the glowing sand. The interesting cloud patterns are reflected in the shallow tidal pools with the salty foam of the waves leaving their mark in a lacy drawing on the glossy surface. Seastacks are seen in the distance, tall sentinels guarding the misty coast as waves crash into their barnacled sides... www.CelebrateLifeGallery.com
