Oregon's rocky coastline is so impressive, especially when sunrise and low tide coincide. The sea stacks are huge, towering over the glossy wet sand. A touch of fog dances along the coastal dunes, wisps of smoky mist meandering around the tall stacks of rock. The beautiful light of the sky and clouds are reflected in the wet rippled sand, patterns created by the waves receding at low tide, trickling rivelets of salty water, pooling in the low spots of the beach.
